Our work may involve us sitting in offices or even the car for a good part of the day. Our bodies therefore do not get the chance to burn sufficient energy to maintain a healthy weight, muscle
tone or breathing function.

Some people view exericse as a 'chore' and something that we are told to do.

This doesnt mean that everone has to go to a gym for 2 hours a day, however you need to find a way of encorportaing exericse that you enjoy into your lifestyle and will will help and motivate you to do this.
